Job Overview:

We are currently seeking a Commercial Cleaner to join our team. As a Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and tidiness in various settings such as commercial buildings, bathrooms, breakrooms, short-term rentals, and residential properties. Please note we are not a cleaning service, this is a dedicated cleaning position within our company.

Responsibilities:

• Perform cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and sanitizing surfaces in commercial buildings, offices, and other facilities including residential settings.
• Clean and disinfect restrooms, including toilets, sinks, mirrors, and fixtures.
• Empty trash receptacles and replace liners.
• Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors.
• Restock supplies such as soap, paper towels, and toilet tissue.
• Notify management of any damages, deficits, or maintenance needs observed during cleaning duties.
• Follow safety procedures and guidelines when using cleaning chemicals and equipment.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, including those related to health and safety.
• All other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Physical stamina and the ability to lift up to 20 lbs.; stand, bend, kneel, push, pull and perform cleaning duties.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, supplies, and equipment.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently.
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Valid Drivers License and reliable Vehicle
• All other duties required.

Willingness to Travel: 90% plus of your work time will be within a 25 mile radius of Alexandria, Minnesota.
